The role - Sales Consultant
Working as part of the Sales Team to promote and sell 1, 2 and 3 bedroom luxury retirement apartments.
Working as a team to sell all apartments within 24 months of practical completion of the building. Selling ff-plan, conducting show rounds of the new development, managing the sale through to completion and helping new homeowners settle into their new apartment.
" Set an example of professionalism, friendliness, good attitude and manner at all times, to build and maintain a trust and rapport with colleagues and customers " Provide a high level of customer service and communication to exceed customer expectations " Be aware and keep up to date with relative current legislation / policies to offer advice and reassurance to customers during a sale " Work together with other members of the sales team to complete office administrative duties including taking calls, responding to email, booking appointments, and preparing sales literature for customers " Conduct viewings of the show apartments and development " Negotiating the sale of apartments " Be responsible for proactively following up all sales leads to convert them into reservation, and then onto legal completion " Be familiar with the management and care provider of the development to enable confident and trustworthy communication to customers " Perform your duties as a sales consultant in accordance with the Consumer Code for Homebuilders " Display a high level of organisational skills to keep track of and coordinate key sales and completion dates " Liaise and communicate effectively with colleagues in other areas of the company " Liaise and communicate effectively with on-site management and contractors to ensure apartments are ready for occupation on time " Be responsible for the general cleanliness and tidiness of the sales areas including marketing suite and show apartments " Report weekly sales activity to the Senior Sales Manager

" Minimum 2-3 years' in a customer facing role " Sales experience within the property industry, knowledge of the housing industry and knowledge of the buying and selling process are preferred but not essential
