An experienced Sales Consultant is required for a new build development based near Bolton and Bury consisting of a mix of 3-5 bed detached properties.
My client are a regional house builder who create traditional looking homes with contemporary interiors, designed for modern living. They concentrate on small developments in desirable locations across towns and cities in the North West of England.
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for generating sales on your allocated development by following up enquiries and leads, taking reservations and ensuring legal exchange is completed. Duties and responsibilities include:
" Take ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchasing process. " Become the reference point for the purchaser, and all other internal and external interested parties from first contact through to the completion of the house sale. " Promote and provide for the use of company recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines. " Proactively search for target customers and create appointments. Follow up leads to ensure that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction " Undertake inspections and introduce the customer to their new home, ensure familiarisation, and ensure the 'after care' of those customers at defined intervals following their move-in date. " Proactively search for target customers and create appointments and follow up leads to ensure that sales targets are met " Ensure the health & safety of customers, colleagues and other parties whilst on site in accordance with legal requirements and company policy. " Complete home demonstrations and welcome purchaser to their property on their move in day
Sales Consultant Skills and Requirements: The successful Sales Consultant must have new build homes sales experience and be willing to work at key selling times (weekends and bank holidays), drive and have their own transport. You will have good knowledge of the home buying process, be well presented, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure and under strict timescales.

What's on offer?
The successful Sales Consultant will be offered a competitive basic salary up to £22k, commission of 0.25% of the net selling price, extra bonuses for extras sold, £50 bonus for exchanges completed within 28 days and 24 days holidays and bank holidays provided in lieu.
