Sales Coordinator My client are a new homes developer operating across the North West region who have a requirement for an experienced Sales Coordinator based in their head office in Cheshire
The company build a wide range of traditionally built properties ranging from contemporary apartments to townhouses and traditional family homes, for first time buyers searching for an affordable new home to growing families or down-sizers, offering exceptional quality, style and value.
Responsibilities: " To progress reservations to secure sales utilising strong interpersonal and communication skills " Coordination and completion of reports to achieve set deadlines in an efficient and accurate manner including o Legal Completion List o Build Forecast o Project Plus Distribution o Exchange and Completion Forecast o Regional Sales Overview o Release reservation to exchange report o Overdues and Panel Solicitor Tracker " Principal point of contact for acting solicitors for both client and buyer " Reporting on aged reservations and ensuring they are progressed to exchange of contract. " Arrange Legal Set up Meetings " Check contract documentation and distribute to appropriate signatories " Respond to and deal with legal correspondence and queries on plot sales, including contracts, exchange letters, transfers, leases and serving notices in a positive and professional manner " Check and sign off completion statements and exchange approvals " Update development availability and distribute accordingly " Checking and approving CML forms " Coordination of all completion documentation and Director sign offs " Complete HBF monthly survey
My client are offering to pay a salary between £22k - £25k with commission. Its working Monday - Friday with an hour for lunch.
