A multi award winning property developer have a requirement for Sales Executive to join their team for new developments coming up in the Lancashire region.
Their developments consists of 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom properties, a mix of semi-detached, detached and bungalows that are finished with stone, brick and render. The range of properties cater for a variety of lifestyles with each property including fully integrated kitchens, thoughtfully-designed living spaces and all homes have turfed front and rear gardens as well as private parking.
Sales Executive Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for progressing reservations through to exchange to meet and exceed sales and legal targets whilst providing the highest quality of customer experience to meet the business plan and maximise profits. Duties & responsivities include:
" Effective delivery of site sales targets meeting regulatory and quality standards " Deliver excellent customer service and experience, representing the high quality standards " Assess customer requirements quickly and respond appropriately, building rapport " Tailor approach to meet customer needs and requirements " Maintain all materials and show homes to meet quality standards " Provide tours of show homes, where appropriate, and ensure the provision of high quality product information " Promote the products and homes highlighting features and benefits " Provide all relevant information to potential customers including plans, products, pricing etc. ensuring that the information is fully understood " Maintain contact with customers on a regular basis, providing updates and progress " Provide demonstrations to customers including capturing of snags " Provide accurate and meaningful customer data and insight to key colleagues and departments " Liaise, set and meet expectations with external bodies such as solicitors, financial advisers etc. " Preparation and provision of handover packs and information including adherence to company handover policy and procedures " Conduct & analyse competitor market research, share information, make recommendations " Contribute to team and sales meetings, driving improvements and outputs " Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing activities, make recommendations
Skills & Experience required
This role will suit someone from a background working in a customer facing environment within the airline, event management, retail and hospitality industries.
" Experience in sales and customer service " Good working knowledge of the house building industry (preferable) " Significant knowledge of negotiation and sales approaches " Excellent communication and rapport building skills " Ability to establish needs of others in order to provide the right product " Ability to interpret and manage self against tracking systems and procedures
What's on offer?
If you have no experience in new home sales you will be put through a 3-6 month training programme working alongside experienced Sales Executives. On completion of the training programme you will be given the opportunity to work run your own development.
My client offer a basic salary of £18-21k with a competitive commission scheme, quarterly bonuses, site mileage and additional company benefits.
