Based on an existing site in Cockermouth, Cumbria my client is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to take over this existing site (2 to 3 years remaining)
Main purpose of the role is to sell houses off plan and within an agreed budget whilst maximising revenue.
The successful candidate must have property selling experience.

My client are a new homes developer operating across the North West region who have a requirement for an experienced Sales Executive for a new homes development based in Cockermouth, Cumbria.
The company build a wide range of traditionally built properties ranging from contemporary apartments to townhouses and traditional family homes, for first time buyers searching for an affordable new home to growing families or down-sizers, offering exceptional quality, style and value.
This is a Fixed Term Contract providing Maternity cover until October 2017 and the successful candidate can work either full time or part time hours to suit.
As a Sales Executive the main purpose of your role is to sell houses, off plan, within an agreed budget whilst maximising revenue. Reporting to a Sales manager your duties and responsibilities will include:
" Dealing with sales enquiries and maximising the conversion rate of enquiries to reservation " Using 4 effective selling skills: Meet & Greet, Quality Demonstrate and Close " Be proactive in managing, identifying and achieving sales through the part exchange process " Achieve contracts and legal completion targets " Maintain an up to date understanding of the local market place, market conditions, demographics, competitors, etc " Promoting the use of company recommended solicitors and IFAs " Carry out home demonstrations " Working closely with the build team to keep customer updated with progress
Skills and Experience required
The successful Sales Executive must have previous experience working within a new homes sales environment either for a medium or volume builder. Additional skills include:
" Ability to work under own initiative " Understanding of the home buying process " Excellent communicator " Personable and approachable " Willing to work at key selling times including weekends and bank holidays
What's on offer? Salary up to £21,500 plus £1,500 car allowance, £450 commission per plot, £500 quarterly bonus, mileage home to site, Bupa and Pension, 26 days holiday (bank holidays in lieu). Working hours are Thursday - Monday (Tuesdays and Wednesday's off) 10am - 5pm
