A national house builder currently have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join North West sales team to manage new build housing developments.
My client are a well-respected national house builder with an established reputation for building outstanding quality family homes and providing excellent customer service.
Sales Manager Role
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director the Sales Manager will be responsible for management of the site based sales team to ensure that the sales processes are implemented effectively and that sales targets are achieved. Your role will provide a key link between the site and office, ensuring that decisions on sales policies and initiatives are fully implemented by the sales team.
Duties to include:
" Produce and keep updated a weekly sales report " Ensure sales staff chase through reservations to exchange and completion " Answer enquiries raised by solicitors " Liaise with construction regarding CML and move in dates " Check contract documentation " Respond to daily correspondence " Ensure sales staff adhere to company procedures by motivating team " Develop relationships with estate agents and nominated solicitors " Manage customer enquiries " Manage the training of Sales Advisors and relevant staff as applicable " Manage annual leave requests and communicate to the HR department " Ensure presentation of sites are managed " Liaise with marketing department on advertising, events and lead feedback " Attend marketing planning meetings " Liaise with signage and graphics companies regarding site requirements " Managing new site set up " Comply with health and safety policies and procedures
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will be an expert sales person with proven management experience gained within the house building sector. You will be a skilled people manager who can recruit, retain, motivate and develop a remotely based sales team. You will also have a good knowledge of property and contracts legislation and have excellent organisation skills.
