An Award Winning 5* House Builder seek to recruit a Sales Manager, to cover the North of their Yorkshire region. The company work regionally on high quality 2-6 bed homes. As a result of expansion and new developments they are seeking an additional Sales Manager to work with them on a permanent basis.
You will be working in the regional office in West Yorkshire managing the Sales team. This role will be office based; with visits around sites throughout Yorkshire; so you must be happy travelling the area, and have a full UK Driving Licence. As a Sales Manager, you will have previous experience in a Sales Manager role or with at least 5 years' experience showing a proven track record of stability and progression as a Home Sales Executive within the housebuilding sector.
Deliver a strong sales performance through effective management of the sales advisor team
Be involved in recruiting new Sales Advisers and the ongoing training and development of the whole team.
Prepare staffing rotas for developments, ensuring that all holidays, sickness, etc., are suitably covered
Ensure the team complies with key sales processes, tools and approaches
Manage non-compliance and under performance
Manage costs appropriately whilst also promoting best practice and high-quality standards
Oversee the implementation and launch of new sites - coordinating with marketing team input as appropriate
Provide input to marketing campaigns for current/future developments
Liaise with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of customer journey
Market research and competitor analysis
Assist in research on potential and existing developments as and when required by the Sales Director
Appropriately report to the Sales Director on all aspects of sales/legal completions
Manage delivery and ongoing presentation of show homes and marketing suites, organising resources to achieve company standards
Promote and act in accordance with all company values, systems, policies and procedures
Work some weekends
Be prepared to travel extensively across the operational area Yorkshire
The company pay a competitive salary, dependent on experience, in the range of £45-50K, plus package.
Qualifications & Experience
In order to be considered for this role you must have experience working for a New Build developer in a Sales Management role, or at least 5 years' experience working on site as a Sales Advisor.
