An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join a Five Star builder to cover new build developments in the North West areas.
Package - £35-40k + Car or Allowance, Bonus, Pension, Healthcare
You will manage a team of Sales Executives in the effective delivery of sales and customer experience to achieve exceptional service from beginning to end.

The company are a multi award winning property developer who have a requirement for an experienced Sales Manager to join their North West sales team.
Their developments consists of 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom properties, a mix of semi-detached, detached and bungalows that are finished with stone, brick and render. The range of properties cater for a variety of lifestyles with each property including fully integrated kitchens, thoughtfully-designed living spaces and all homes have turfed front and rear gardens as well as private parking.
You will be supported to build productive internal relationships and exceed site sales targets. You will improve service provision to ensure efficiency and increase profitability through actively managing and supporting the sales team, monitoring performance and engaging with customer feedback. Duties will include:
" Manage and monitor performance across a range of sales measures, including Legal Completions, Reservations, Part Exchange " Monitor and manage performance against efficiency and profitability targets " Define and implement negotiation parameters at plot and site level " Manage and monitor performance against budget expenditure " Contribute to development and delivery of Marketing Strategy to drive sales " Ensure that plot sale values are maximised in line with the business plan " Manage and monitor adherence to regulatory and legislative requirements " Ensure effective management of plot releases in conjunction with colleagues, providing feedback and highlighting issues proactively " Monitor and analyse competitor activities to identify and implement best practice " Monitor, review and analyse feedback trends, ensuring that improvement focus is communicated and acted upon " Conduct and contribute to market research activities to develop ways of creating a competitive advantage " Develop, implement and review insight framework that includes but is not limited to: sales mix, sales rate, show home strategy and pricing strategy " Ensure that customer feedback is gained at every opportunity " Provide recommendations on improvements to ways of working using customer feedback data and insight
Skills and Experience Required
Experience of leading and driving a sales team and strong working knowledge of the house building industry, excellent communications skills and a creative and innovative approach to sales are essential. Additional skills include:
" IT skills including Microsoft packages " Excellent communication, organisation and influencing skills " Good at developing relationships " Ability to mentor and provide supportive leadership to others " Confident, Self-motivated and enthusiastic
