Sales Manager - New Build Sales
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join a Five Star builder to cover new build developments in the Lancashire region.
Package - up to £45k + Car or Allowance, Bonus, Pension, Healthcare
You will manage the Sales Team in the achievement of sales and revenue targets whilst delivering the highest customer experience to achieve the business plan and maximise profits
You must have a proven track record as a Sales Manager within the new build housing sector. Experience of leading and driving a sales team, good working knowledge of the house building industry, experience in developing sales strategies, possess excellent communication skills and sales and negotiation skill.
The company are a multi award winning property developer who have a requirement for an experienced Sales Manager to join their North West sales team.
Their developments consists of 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom properties, a mix of semi-detached, detached and bungalows that are finished with stone, brick and render. The range of properties cater for a variety of lifestyles with each property including fully integrated kitchens, thoughtfully-designed living spaces and all homes have turfed front and rear gardens as well as private parking.
You will be supported to build productive internal relationships and exceed site sales targets. You will improve service provision to ensure efficiency and increase profitability through actively managing and supporting the sales team, monitoring performance and engaging with customer feedback. Duties will include:
" Effectively manage the consistent delivery of sales to meet the business plan " Manage and monitor performance across a range of sales measures, including but not limited to legal completions, reservations and plot value " Monitor and manage performance at site level against efficiency and profitability targets " Identify, manage and monitor variances to sales performance making recommendations for improvement. " Ensure that plot sale values are maximised in line with the business plan and management of plot releases in conjunction with colleagues, providing feedback and highlighting issues proactively " Provide excellent customer service across the sales adviser team and ensure that customer feedback is gained at every opportunity. " Review and analyse customer feedback data, providing feedback to others and making recommendation for improvement " Ensure that the sales team have customer experience at the forefront of thought and activity " Provide appropriate resources that are aligned to meet business plan requirements at a site level, whilst monitoring and reviewing sales adviser requirements to meet the business plan and made recommendations to deliver effectively. " Support and provide recruitment and training of new sales team colleagues and ensure that new colleagues are fully trained and competent to meet regulatory and legislative requirements for site working " Manage resources, rotas and commission for sales advisers in order to drive high performance.
Skills and Experience Required
" Experience of leading and driving a sales team and good working knowledge of the house building industry " Experience in developing sales strategies " Possess excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills " Commercially astute and creative and innovative in sales approaches.
