Bromak are representing a 5* new build homes developer who are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their regional office based in Durham on a permanent basis.
The company are looking to recruit Sales Negotiators for sites in Guisborough, Redcarr, Stockton, Teesside and Yarm. The hours of the role will be Friday to Monday 10.30am - 5pm and a Thursday will be 10.30am - 7pm.
The Duties will include:
To attend sales meetings, training and meetings as directed
Managing site signage, directional signs, sales office displays
Show home landscape maintenance
Achieve target sales and prices
Greeting and qualifying visitors
Recording customer information
Customer follow up
Checking advertising for position and accuracy
Weekly and monthly reporting
Market research and competitor analysis
Maintain customer enquiry database
Record customer details at reservation
Complete and distribute all documentation as required
Track and record sales progress with Estate Agents, Lenders, Brokers and Solicitors
Record weekly communication with customers regarding build and sales progress
Deal with all customer communication and liaison with the construction and regional office teams
Skills & Experience Required
Understanding of the house buying process
Experience and knowledge of sales activity on site
Confidence and ability to converse with people at all levels (particularly purchaser, solicitors, Heads of Department, Regional Director and CEO)
Team player (to become an integral part of the region & sales team)
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Experience of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
