My client are an Estate Agency who operate within the property sector selling re sale properties in the North West region. The company work closely with a number of house builders providing services to sell their part exchange properties.
Their North West regional office have recently secured a number of accounts and are going from strength to strength. They are looking to expand their team with ambitious and driven sales professionals who will be given the opportunity to progress in their career. The Role
The purpose of the Sales Negotiator role will be to manage client's portfolio of properties to achieve the sale of part exchange properties achieving maximum profit.
This will be a Monday to Friday role, 9am - 6pm with an hour for lunch, based in a desirable location in Cheadle Hulme. This is a great company to join, with big plans and a vibrant team to support career progression!
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager your duties and responsibilities include;
" Maintain and develop relationships with our clients, potential purchasers and estate agents " Speak regularly to estate agents in order to compile reports for housebuilder clients " Speak to customers to provide updates with marketing activity " Gather all accurate details regarding offers ensuring we have received the best achievable amount reporting to the customer/client at all times " Ensure anyone offering is financially qualified by the company " Make sure all preferred services are offered at all times " If required keep client daily log accurate and up to date " Updating the Part Exchange team with any offers and any relevant activity " Ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times " Support team members at all times.
Sales Negotiator - Skills & Experience required
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience working in property sales either working for an estate agency. You will be friendly, organised and have a good understanding of the property marketing and the home buying process. Knowledge of the conveyancing process will be advantageous.
In return for your skills the company is offering a basic salary of £18k plus commission (depending on experience), 20 days holidays plus bank holidays. This is an excellent position with great progression on offer for someone who has the drive to succeed.
