Salary: £24000 - £26000 per annum + plus company benefits
My client are a new build housing developer who offer retirement properties UK wide. They currently have an opening for an experienced Sales Progressor to join their Sales and department based in Cheshire.
Sales Progressor - The Role
Supporting the Dependant Property Manager in achieving the sales completion targets set by the business providing the highest quality of customer service, in order to meet the wider company business objectives.
" Manage valuation requests, organise the files and upload onto the schedule, keep this updated as agent's visits are booked and reports come in. " Ensure all valuation reports are back in good time before sales launches " Submit the third party report to the Part Exchange providers for an offer, once received submit this to the ASM and site and file " Maintain the Part Exchange (PX) Top up tracker for the Senior Management Team (top up funds used MTD and YTD) " Liaise with and manage the Sales Consultants on site, tracking the progress of SSTC plots, identifying the risks/issues and plan workarounds where necessary. Ensure plots are being progressed correctly. " Attend weekly conference calls and departmental meetings to discuss and update the relevant teams of progress. " Weekly sales meeting with the Sales & Marketing Director and the Area Sales Manager/s to discuss the previous weeks activity, forecasted sales for the week, pending valuation reports and PX opportunity, discuss RAG and highlight RISK plots and agree adjusted dates if necessary " Reservation letters - ensure these are generated promptly by site to avoid delays in contracts being issued. Check thoroughly for any incorrect detail and liaise with site to correct where necessary and then issue to the company solicitors and any related solicitor " Contracts tracker - following on from the issue of reservation letters track contracts coming in to the office and check, obtain signature and returning to the company solicitors in a timely manner " Completions board - Maintain and update as and when exchanges and completions are received for team visibility " Liaise with the Customer Services team regarding completion dates and ensure they are kept up to date as plots move to ensure they will be ready and presentable at the point of handover " Liaise with third party partners to ensure removals are arranged accurately to prevent any issues " Organise couriers when necessary to avoid any delays with exchanges/completions " File the necessary paperwork in accordance with the processes being followed
Sales Progressor - Skills & Experience
" Good working knowledge of and ability to produce documents for internal and external use using Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel) " Good verbal and written communication skills " Able to quickly learn and use IT based systems " Demonstrable ability to manage administrative responsibilities with strong attention to detail and good organisational ability " Good customer service skills and able to deal professionally with both internal and external customers. " Ideally previous experience of working in property or conveyancing " Ideally previous experience of working in a sales environment
