My client are an Estate Agency who operate within the property sector selling re sale properties in the North West and Yorkshire region. The company work closely with a number of house builders providing services to sell their part exchange properties.
The company have successfully secured a number of accounts and are looking to expand their team and have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Progressor to join their Cheadle Hulme office.
The purpose of the Sales Progressor will be to manage the conveyancing process and to communicate with all parties to ensure that properties proceed to exchange and legal completion within set timescales.
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager the Sales Progressor duties will include:
" Responsible for the successful exchange of contracts and subsequent legal completion of properties sold. " Ensure that the highest levels of communication are upheld at all times. " Liaise with Vendors and purchasers to provide, in the first instance verbally, regular and structured updates. " Ensure that all communications i.e. Sales Memorandums sent are accurate and include all the information required. " Be aware of client's deadlines and that all involved are aware and agree. " Ensure that all efforts are made to resolve any queries that relate to the sale or purchase. " Inform all parties as soon as possible when a sale looks to be a challenge and identify options available in an effort to save the transaction. " Ensure that reports are completed accurately and sent out directly to the client's schedule. " If required keep client daily log accurate and up to date. " Ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times. " Upon completion make sure customer is aware of all responsibilities surrounding the providing of meter readings on moving days. " Support team members at all times. " Identify any Estate Agents and Solicitors that may benefit from being a preferred partner. " Make sure all efforts are made to retain customers via our Private vendor program that do not buy from the original housebuilder.
This will be a Monday to Friday role, 9am - 6pm with an hour for lunch, based in a desirable location. This is a great company to join, with big plans and a vibrant team to support carer progression!
Sales Progressor - Skills & Experience required
The ideal candidate for this position must have property sales experience, working for an estate agent within conveyancing and/or sales progression.
In return for your skills the company is offering a basic salary of £22k + OTE, 20 days holiday + Bank holidays. This is an excellent position with great progression on offer for someone who has the drive to succeed.
