Sales Progressor / Administrator South Midlands Permanent £23,500 Plus Commission Package
The Client Our Client are a New Build Housing contractor working Nationally. This top ten house builder produce a wide range of homes for first time buyers and Housing Associations across the Country offering all-inclusive specifications. They are looking to recruit a Sales Progressor / Administrator for their busy office in the South Midlands region.
The Role Working within a busy Sales team your role will responsible for taking reservations through to legal completion, ensuring that they comply with the conditions of sale and timetables. You will clearly communicate the purchasing process to the customers and help them to achieve the required exchange timescales, whilst providing a 5-star Customer Service experience.
Duties: Review all reservation documentation and sign off the reservation checklist to ensure the reservation complies with the reservation process. Carry out 'intro' calls with all clients to agree exchange deadlines, advise of forecasted completion dates and to confirm conditions of sale. Advise the Administration Team when the relevant correspondence is to be issued, i.e. reservation letters, forecast completion letters etc Carry out daily/weekly updates with panel solicitors / financial advisors to ensure that all reservations are progressing in line with timescales. Carry out thorough weekly updates on all related sales and chains with Solicitors Carry out weekly updates with the internal Legal Department / Progression Manager Highlight any issues to the Progression Manager Build relationships with purchaser and act as main point of contact Liaise with purchaser enquiries regarding the progression of their reservation Keep a comprehensive record of all progression activity Provide a close of business update and forecast at the end of each week Understand sales schemes such as 'Help to Buy' Build relationships with sales team - Managers & Directors
Tickets, Qualifications & Experience Required: You must have experience within the New Home sector Good understanding of conveyancing and the home buying process Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal Ability to liaise with people at all levels Ability to prioritise work and work to strict deadlines Ability to multi task and work under pressure
