Working for an Estate Agent based near Stockport, my client are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join their team.
The main purpose of the role will be to manage the conveyancing process and communicate with all parties to ensure that the properties proceed to exchange and legal completion within timescales
The ideal candidate for this position must have property sales experience, working for an estate agent within conveyancing and/or sales progression.
In return for your skills the company is offering a basic salary, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. This is an excellent position with great progression on offer for someone who has the drive to succeed
The company are looking to expand their team and have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Progressor to join their office near Stockport
The purpose of the Sales Progressor will be responsible for the exchange of contracts and to communicate with all parties to ensure that properties proceed to exchange and legal completion within set timescales.
Reporting to the Branch Manager the Sales Progressor duties will include:
" Maintain regular updates with panel solicitors / financial advisors " Carry out thorough weekly updates on all related sales and chains with Estate Agents and Solicitors " Highlight any issues (as they arise) to the Branch Manager " Build up a good relationships with the Estate Agents " Keep a comprehensive record of all sales / purchases " Keep all parties informed on exchange status and moving in dates " Provide a close of business update at the end of each week, together with a forecast of contract exchanges expected for the following week.
Sales Progressor - Skills & Experience required
The successful candidate must have previous experience with property sales and dealing with sales progression, chasing chains and exchange of contracts.
" Good understanding of conveyancing and the home buying process " Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal " Ability to deal with a people at all levels " Ability to prioritise work and work to strict deadlines " Ability to multi task and work under pressure
