My client is a busy housebuilder operating in the North West. They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Progressor to join their sales team based in Warrington on a temporary basis for 2 months to help out with an extremely busy period.
Working within a busy Sales team your role will responsible for taking reservations through to legal completion, ensuring that they comply with the conditions of sale and timetables. You will clearly communicate the purchasing process to the customers and help them to achieve the required exchange timescales, whilst providing a 5 star Customer Service' experience.
Sales Progressor duties will include:
" Review all reservation documentation and sign off the reservation checklist to ensure the reservation complies with the reservation process. " Carry out 'intro' calls with all clients to agree exchange deadlines, advice of forecasted completion dates and to confirm conditions of sale. " Advise the Administration Team when the relevant correspondence is to be issued, i.e. reservation letters, forecast completion letters etc " Carry out daily/weekly updates with panel solicitors / financial advisors to ensure that all reservations are progressing in line with timescales. " Carry out thorough weekly updates on all related sales and chains with Estate Agents and Solicitors " Carry out weekly updates with the internal Legal Department / Progression Manager " Highlight any issues (as they arise) to the Progression Manager where reservations are at risk of missing agreed deadlines " Build up a good relationship with the purchaser as they should see you as their main point of contact for all progression related matters. " Deal with general purchaser enquiries regarding the progression of their reservation " Keep a comprehensive record of all progression activity (in Excel format / Contact Builder) " Provide a close of business update at the end of each week, together with a forecast of contract exchanges expected for the following week. " Have a good understanding of sales schemes such as Help to Buy " Build a good relationship with sales team / Sales Managers / Sales Directors
Sales Progressor - Skills & Experience required
The successful candidate must have previous experience with property sales and dealing with sales progression, chasing chains and exchange of contracts.
" Good understanding of conveyancing and the home buying process " Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal " Ability to deal with a people at all levels " Ability to prioritise work and work to strict deadlines " Ability to multi task and work under pressure
The rate of pay is £10.50ph (inc holiday pay), Working hours are Monday to Friday role working 9am to 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch.
