Bromak are looking to appoint a likeminded sales professional in to a Senior Recruitment Consultant role to drive the success of our Bolton office. We're looking for someone who wants to earn good money in an environment where you're not micromanaged.
This role will involve placing a range of Construction professionals in to permanent roles. The desk will involve working with a comprehensive range of regional and national contractors that specialise in construction projects.
identifying and developing existing and new client job opportunities
developing the candidate database and generating of candidates
matching requirements of candidates to clients in order to make successful placements
ensuring high standards of service delivery to company standards at all times
We are a specialist recruiter in the construction & property sector and have built a strong reputation and enjoyed repeat business year on year recruiting and supplying labour and construction professionals in to an impressive client base ranging from regional privately owned construction companies to large PLC & national building contractors & developers.
Bromak also operate under several supply chain agreements and preferred supplier arrangements and therefore provide plenty of warm clients to build upon when joining.
Experience Required & Package
This would suit a Recruitment Consultant with 2-5 years' experience and a civil engineering background but other recruitment sectors and previous proven sales experience will be considered.
Bromak invest heavily in training and career development with their main goal to develop talent organically allowing trainees and Recruitment Consultants to be upskilled and be successful in becoming Managing Consultants, Divisional Managers and Regional Directors in the years ahead.
A generous basic salary of £24,000 - £28,000 for a Senior Consultant (minimum billing expectations £150,000/year) or £28,000 - £30,000 for a Principal Consultant (minimum billing expectations £180,000/year) is on offer depending on experience with a generous, uncapped commission scheme which would take your OTE to up to £40k in year 1 and £50k in year 2).
