A National Fit Out contractor seeks to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to work on well-known supermarket contracts throughout the North of England/Scotland. The company are paying a competitive basic salary + attractive benefits package. Travelling and working away from home is essential to meet client needs.
Liaise with the client and take briefs
Place orders and keep to budgets constrained by the project
Responsibility for all trades and labour on site
Responsibility for Site and Assistant Site Managers
Produce H&S documentation in line with the group policy
Ensure the projects are being fitted to the quality parameters expected by the clients
Working under tight deadlines and reporting in to the Senior Management team.
The company pay very competitively, with a basic salary plus expenses and a benefits package which consists of car allowance, holidays (+ statutory holidays), private healthcare, and pension.
Qualifications & Experience
Someone with previous fit out experience for supermarket chains is essential
A joinery background and strong managerial skills.
SMSTS, Black CSCS Card and First Aid at Work as a minimum
Experience of working on package values between £2m-£10m
