Services Coordinator - Utilities Warrington based house builder £40,000 basic salary plus car or allowance plus package National house builder delivering new build properties to a wide range of customers varying from luxury family homes to townhouses, cottages and apartments located in new communities, urban, suburban or rural locations creating places of character and quality. Their homes are designed to work for the way people live today with materials and landscaping that reflect their commitment to quality, style and character. The business is now seeking a Utilities Services Coordinator to manage multiple sites in the clearing of existing services, coordinating with utility contractors on site, and plan work programmes for mains installations along with arranging legal documentation. Role & Responsibilities Working in the technical team you will be responsible for coordinating the designs for the utilities for the site, looking after the Gas, Electric and Water from initial design through to installation and final connection. You will be the key point of contact on sites, liaising with external suppliers and managing any problems that arise.
Duties will include:
" Coordinate the production & review of layouts and working drawings. " Provide technical support and information to Construction, Commercial and Sales departments and maintain good communications to ensure the required level of service is maintained " Prepare Sales and Legal information e.g. Conveyance and management plans, sales layout and show complex layout " Check sales brochures for technical accuracy " Procure new utility suppliers
