Services & Utilities Coordinator Preston, North West Salary & Package: £30,000 - £42,000, Car or Allowance, Pension and benefits The Company The company are one of the leading residential and mixed-use property developers who have a reputation for imaginative design, build quality and customer service, with the skills needed to complete a wide range of developments from large Greenfield sites to complex brownfield regeneration schemes.
Assisting the design and engineering department, a Services & Utilities Coordinator is required to coordinate with the utility boards and ensure that connections are established on schedule in line with the development programme.
The Role Working in the technical team you will be responsible for coordinating the designs for the utilities for the site, looking after the Gas, Electric and Water from initial design through to installation and final connection.
Duties will include:
" Coordinate the production & review of layouts and working drawings. " Provide technical support and information to Construction, Commercial and Sales departments and maintain good communications to ensure the required level of service is maintained " Prepare Sales and Legal information e.g. Conveyance and management plans, sales layout and show complex layout " Check sales brochures for technical accuracy " Procure new utilities supplies
