Services / Utilities Coordinator Warrington, North West Salary & Package: £30,000 - £40,000, Car or Allowance, Pension, 28 days hols + bank holidays The Company This role is working for a house building arm of a large, well known construction Group which employs 4000 people throughout the UK. They now require a Services or Utilities Coordinator to work alongside the technical and design team, providing support for sites and Engineers. The Role Working in the Technical team you will be responsible for coordinating the designs for the utilities for the site, looking after the Gas, Electric and Water from initial design through to installation and final connection.
Duties will include:
" Coordinate the production & review of layouts and working drawings. " Provide technical support and information to Construction, Commercial and Sales departments and maintain good communications to ensure the required level of service is maintained " Prepare Sales and Legal information e.g. Conveyance and management plans, sales layout and show complex layout " Check sales brochures for technical accuracy " Procure new utilities supplies
