My client is a regional consultancy firm specialising in groundworks and Civil Engineering. As a result of expansion and winning new projects, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Site Engineer to both manage and set out various sites around Yorkshire. You will be working on various projects; and this job role will be on a permanent basis. As a Site Engineer and Manager, you will be solely responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety on site; in addition to the following;
Reporting to the Engineering Manager the main purpose of the role is to control and co-ordinate all technical information between external consultants and internal departments. To ensure all approvals are obtained and information received issued to allow for a programmed start on site. Work with Land Department to ensure smooth transition of information. Check all drawings and details for accuracy when setting out site Liaise with external consultants to ensure deadlines are met. Apply for and secure statutory body approval of Engineering Design and Ground Investigation.

You must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work as a minimum for this role . The salary is will be up to £55k plus benefits.
