Merseyside based Construction company who work across all general building trades are currently looking to recruit Site Managers to work on a number of new build social housing projects.
The company have several Design & Build sites due to start in Summer across the Wirral & Wallasey.
Looking to pay a basic salary of £45-£50K plus company package including car allowance, bonus schemes & pension.

Due to recent success the company have expanded year on year and can now offer a range of inhouse trades including plumbing, heating, electrical and roofing works.
As a result of recent growth the company is now making a turn-over in excess of £15 million per annum, and the aim is to be the leading provider of construction services in the UK.
The Projects & Requirements
They are looking to recruit experienced Site Managers to join their team to work on traditional build housing developments in Wallasey & the Wirral.
Sites varying in size from 30+ units up to 65 units (with some sites a mixture houses & apartments).
Reporting to the Contracts Manager/ Construction Manager and will be responsible for managing and controlling the day to day site activities to meet programmes in accordance with the company policies and procedures on new build developments.
Achieve production targets and carry out programming and monitoring to ensure that deadlines are met;
Read and understand specifications, drawings, preliminaries, preambles and contract documentation;
Produce H&S and O&M on completion of projects;
Requisition and management of materials/delivery;
Issue subcontractors with regular short-term programmes to ensure planned progress is achieved;
Hold progress meetings;
Display on site an up to date copy of the construction programme indicating the progress to date;
Consider the tender allowances when establishing the site compound;
Liaise with the design team, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to and maintain good working relationships;
Attend monthly cost meetings and agree contribution forecast;
Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety aspects;
Obtain risk assessments and method statements from contractors prior to work commencement.
To qualify for this role it is imperative that you have previous experience working on new build housing schemes (preferably traditional housing construction). You will also have a sound knowledge of Health & Safety on site and have good technical and commercial awareness. In addition, you MUST hold a relevant CSCS card, SMSTS, valid First Aid and Scaffold Appreciation certificates.

You will benefit from a competitive basic salary between £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience plus company package including:-
