We are looking to recruit a temporary to permanent Site Manager for a Social Housing Contract based in Nottingham, NG10. Our Client is a National Social Housing Contractor looking for a reliable and experienced Site Manager for their project in Nottingham.
The Client is running a Social Housing, kitchen and bathroom replacement contract for a large housing trust in Nottingham and as the Site Manager, you will responsible for:
Managing a site team including Tradesman, Subcontractors and Tenant Liaison Officers Ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget Monitoring Health and Safety on site Attending progress and Client meetings Liaising with tenants and resolving any issues that may arise Striving to achieve production targets and carry out programming and monitoring to ensure that deadlines are met Reading and understanding specifications, drawings, preliminaries, preambles and contract documentation Requisition and management of materials/delivery Liaising with the design team to maintain good working relationships
You must have SMSTS and First Aid certificates and a CSCS card. You must also have previous experience of managing Social Housing contracts, preferably a kitchen and bathroom replacement project.
The role is to start ASAP and is a temporary to permanent position. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on your experience with site mileage allowance.
