Salary: £40000 - £55000 per annum + plus company package inc. car allowance
General Contractor looking for a Senior/Site Manager based in North Wales to work on a mixture of new-build and refurbishment projects within the Education, Social Housing, Local Authority and General Construction sector across Wales, Liverpool and Warrington.

Starting basic salary of £45 - £53K plus company package.
The company are an established contractor are seeking to employ an experienced Senior/Site Manager to join their fast-growing Construction division to support and grow the reputable brand.
Their current portfolio of works includes new build and refurbishment projects across Warrington, Merseyside and North Wales.
The Role - Senior/Site Manager
As the Site Manager you will be responsible for establishing and managing a site workforce as well as controlling all aspects of the build process and new build development in Wales.
This role will give the successful candidate an opportunity to work on various prestigious projects ensuring set targets and deadlines are reached safely, accurately and within tight timescales. In addition, and for the right candidate it provides the opportunity to develop their career within the Construction Division of the Group.
Duties will include:-
To supervise and coordinate staff, sub-contractors, material suppliers and other providers to ensure that the build is running to the required build programme;
Scheduling works to be carried out to ensure production targets are achieved and high quality of product is maintained;
Ensuring that production targets are met whilst producing the high-quality products and ensuring costs are kept within budget;
Complying with the Health, Safety and Environment Policies and to encourage safe working practices;
Complying with Company policies, procedures and instructions;
Liaising with the Technical and Commercial departments ensuring records of site activities are retained;
Reporting cost & quality control information to Senior management;
Leading, motivating, developing, and appraising the performance of staff to ensure staff are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the Company's needs;
Contributing ideas to improve the business, protecting and enhancing the reputation of the Company.
To be put forward for this position you must be able to show a strong and stable career as a Site Manager on similar projects within public sector projects, preferably extra care projects.
Driving Licence & Car;
Scaffold Inspection Ticket;
First Aid Ticket;
An NVQ or HNC in Construction (or similar) would also be desirable for this position.
The Client is looking to pay anywhere from £45K-£53K plus company package which includes: car allowance, 25 days' holiday plus bank-holidays, pension and annual (Performance related) bonus scheme.
