My client are a regional contractor, who work across several key sectors including Offices; Technology, Science & Health; Retail; Hospitality & Leisure; Education & Public Sector. As a result of expansion and winning new projects, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to work with them on a permanent basis. As a Site Manager, you will be comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for trades labour and health and safety on site - a proven track record in general construction sector is essential as is SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid at Work. You will be responsible for:
Liaise with the client and take briefs Place orders and keep to budgets constrained by the project Responsibility for all trades and labour on site Produce H&S documentation in line with the group policy Ensure the projects are being fitted to the quality parameters expected by the clients Working under tight deadlines
You must have a full driving licence, as travel will be required to sites and the office.
The salary is up to £45k plus package
