Bromak are working with an award-winning Social Housing Contractor looking to recruit a number of Site Managers to work on schemes across the Cheshire region.

Regional Social Housing Contractor based within the North West who specialise in refurbishment, maintenance and regeneration projects.

Their specialist team understand the needs and challenges that can come with these works - the logistics and the live environments and apply their knowledge of the sector to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the running of a North West based site, with occasional visits from the Contracts Manager.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:-
Achieve production targets and carry out programming and monitoring to ensure that deadlines are met
Read and understand specifications, drawings, preliminaries, preambles and contract documentation
Produce H&S and O&M on completion of projects
Requisition and management of materials/delivery
Issue subcontractors with regular short term programmes to ensure planned progress is achieved
Hold progress meetings
Display on site an up to date copy of the construction programme indicating the progress to date
Give full consideration to the tender allowances when establishing the site compound
Liaise with the design team, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to and maintain good working relationships
Attend monthly cost meetings and agree contribution forecast
Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety aspects
Obtain risk assessments and method statements from contractors prior to work commencement
Safe storage and co-ordination of materials
Preparation / assistance with the site progress reports
The successful candidate MUST have a proven track record of working as a Site Manager within the Social Housing sector. Expertise in both internal and external schemes for a mixture of Local Authorities and Housing Associations is essential.
Tickets required include: SMSTS, CSCS Card and Emergency First Aid at Work.

You will be offered a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus company package including car allowance, bonus scheme, laptop, mobile and company pension.
