Salary: £40000 - £45000 per annum + plus package including car allowance
North West Regional Contractor looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
Responsible for projects across the North West valued up to £5M working on refurbishment and new build projects across the Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Commercial industries.
£40-£45K basic salary plus car allowance, pension scheme & private healthcare.
My client has built a reputation in the industry for delivering high quality work whilst providing value for their Clients.
Operating in the Educational, Health, Commercial, Leisure, Retail and Residential markets in both the public and private sectors of the industry.
They have over the years developed strong relationships resulting in repeat business from the Clients.
Due to an increase of work my client is looking to add to their management team.
Managing sites across the North West valued from £75K - £5M, your duties will include but not be limited to:-
Delivering projects within set time parameters;
Managing staff ensuring they carry out their duties in accordance with policies and procedures;
Assisting in the achievement of set project targets;
Achieving Customer Satisfaction through efficient handover and aftercare;
Effectively managing Health and Safety.
Required Experience & Qualifications
CSCS Management Card, SMSTS, First Aid tickets.
At least 5 years' experience as a Site Manager with similar businesses in a permanent capacity.
Experience of working on refurbishment and new build schemes.
Used to working in restrictive environments (Schools, Hospitals etc.) at Management level.
You will benefit from a competitive basic salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending plus car allowance along with a company package after a qualifying period.
