Social Housing Contractor looking for experienced permanent Site Managers to join their growing team.
Kitchen & bathroom refurbishment schemes across Manchester, Salford & Skelmersdale.
£34K - £40K basic salary plus package
My client is an established regional social housing contractor based in the North West. They specialise in refurbishment and new build projects within the Social Housing sector and due to an increase in work load are looking to increase their staff and take on an experienced Site Manager's to work on up-coming sites across the North West.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for running the site, with occasional visits from the Contracts Manager.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:-
Requisition of materials;
Managing a site team including Assistant Site Managers, Tradesmen, Subcontractors and Tenant Liaison Officers, ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget;
Updating the construction programme;
Monitoring health and safety on site;
Chairing and attending progress and client meetings as well as monthly cost meetings;
Liaising with tenants and resolving any issues that may arise.
The successful candidate MUST have a proven track record of working as a Site Manager within the Social Housing sector specifically with vast experience working with a main contractor on a Kitchen and Bathroom Scheme's.
You must have a sound knowledge of Health & Safety on site and have good technical and commercial awareness. In addition, you MUST hold a relevant CSCS card, SMSTS and valid First Aid.

You will be offered a salary of £34,000 - £40,000 plus package including car allowance, private healthcare, pension etc.
