North West based Contractor requires an experienced Site Manager to join their Operational team.
Working across most construction markets, commercial, residential, leisure, education, and healthcare.
£35K - £50K plus company package (car allowance, holidays & pension etc).

With offices across England, this client is able to cover projects across Yorkshire, North East, North West and Derbyshire.
Duties of a Site Manager
The Site Manager will be main point of contact for the client team and would ensure that the projects are fully co-ordinated across the sites.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, your duties will include (but not be limited to):-
Actively engaging with all members of the client team / building managers etc;
To put forward ideas to ensure continuous improvement through shared best practice;
Team Leader for the day to day responsibility for the delivery of the project objectives;
Co-ordination of design with all design members;
To build a single, integrated team; establish strong links and clear lines of communication;
Establishing project requirements, ensuring that the brief and restrictions of schemes are fully understood, explored and communicated;
Arranging and chairing sub-contractor co-ordination meetings;
Meeting and agreeing supply chain resources;
Coordinate the works and liaising with site operatives;
Reviewing progress and supply chain;
Reporting at site meetings to project procurement team users on progress, quality, health and safety;
Target for zero defects - to ensure smooth transition from construction to occupation;
Weekly reporting and updates;
Carry out a post contract review and responsibility for post construction customer care.
Requirements of a Site Manager
Previous, solid experience within a construction background is required for this role.
Ticket requirement (minimum) of: SMSTS, CSCS Managers Card and First Aid.
In return for your skills this role comes with a basic salary of £35 - £50K (dependent on experience and performance at interview) plus following package: company car, pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and extra days holiday for your birthday.
