The Client Our client is one of the UK's top passive fire specialists, with offices based Nationwide. They work with some of the UK's top Contractors to supply and install a range of several passive fire products.
The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day on-site management of window and door replacements on a tower block. Managing sub-contractors, overseeing material orders, health and safety management and programming. You will be the focal point on site delivering schemes for an award-winning Social Housing Contractor.
Responsibilities: " Ensuring projects are scheduled for works to complete on time and within budget " Overseeing direct and sub-contract labour, resources and materials " Liaising with Tenants & Scheme Manager regarding access and programme " Monitor and manage programme of works on site " Attend site meetings " Ensuring a proactive approach to Health & Safety, ensuring projects follow company procedures and legal legislation " Maintaining a positive relationship with customers and maintaining a professional standard of service to ensure smooth running of the project " Ensuring quality control is adhered to and works are completed to the highest possible standard " Helping tenants to move furniture " Identifying additional works " Basic fire stopping works (Masticking)
Qualifications & Experience " Previous experience managing a social housing projects is essential. " SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
