Salary: £35000 - £40000 per annum + package

My client are a well-established, Regional Main Contractor whose portfolio spans both the Public and Private Sector. They have recently won several new contracts, and are so looking to recruit a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The initial project you will be working on is a Town Hall refurbishment in Cheshire.
Reporting to a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:
Requisition of materials
Issuing sub-contractor short term programmes
Holding regular progress meetings
Updating the construction programme
Managing trades/labour on site
Checking the quality of all plant on site
Managing H&S on site
Attending monthly cost meetings
The successful candidate must have a valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid.
You must also have experience of managing refurbishment projects in the public sector (Town Halls, Schools, Healthcare centres etc.).
In return for your skills, you will be offered a salary between £35-40k + package
