An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a luxury regional private house builder in the West Midlands.
You will be responsible for running a brand new site starting in September / October 2017 consisting of the construction of 25 high specification houses ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms in Warwickshire. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational management of the site, overseeing subcontractors, health and safety, maintaining high standards of builds quality and meeting a strict build programme.
A reputable and well established developer who specialise in the build of high quality, luxury homes. Average sale prices are c. £350k upwards to £1m in value. Size of sites are typically no higher than 35 units with a focus on build quality. They cover a geographical area across the West Midlands. The Benefits & Experience
A Basic Salary of between £45,000 and £50,000 depending on experience, the option of a company car or car allowance, fuel allowance, pension and other additional benefits. 10% bonus paid on NHBC Awards.
You will be required to have several years' experience as a Site Manager in house building with a proven track record of running sites from out of the ground through to completion and handover. SMSTS, CSCS Managers Card & First Aid are minimum requirements. You must have the ability to motivate and manage subcontractors and a team of staff, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an eye for detail and build quality, good working knowledge of NHBC Standards and be able to work under pressure to meet build programme and deadlines for handover.
