Our Client is a National House Builder and due to winning an increased amount of tenders, they are looking to recruit a temporary Technical Administrator to join their Technical team.
Based from their offices in Coleshill, your main objective will be to support the Technical team and clear a backlog of data input.
Working alongside the Business Development/Sales team completing tenders to meet the submission deadlines
Uploading Technical drawings on to an in-house CRM system
General Administration such as scanning and photocopying
Renaming and uploading documents from various electronic sources
Creating folders for works documents to be stored in
Candidates must have:
Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an office administrative role
Previous experience of working in a Technical Administrator role
Excellent organisational skills
Experience of working with customer databases
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
High attention to detail
Able to work both as part of a team and independently when required
