My client is a housebuilding Contractor, who work regionally on 2 - 5 bed homes. Due to business needs they are currently looking to recruit a Technical Coordinator either with a background in the housebuilding sector or with an understanding of the housebuilding process to work with them on a permanent basis You will be looking after several developments in South Yorkshire. You will be office based and the main purpose of the role will be to assist the Technical Manager and in all departmental tasks including the following:
Programming resources either externally or internally to meet business plan objectives The production of accurate detailed information in line with programmes and budgets Reviewing all information to be issued for accuracy and efficiency. Providing all necessary associated Health & Safety Information Responding to queries promptly and effectively.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Coordinator; the ideal candidate will be looking to enhance their experience and progress with the business. They may also be a graduate with at least two years experience in industry, looking to embark of a Technical career with a Housebuilder.
The salary on offer is up to £35k plus package (dependant on experience).
