My clients are a large National Housebuilding company, who work in the residential sector building 3 - 5 bed homes. As a result of expansion and new developments, they are currently looking to recruit a Technical Secretary to work with them on a permanent basis.
To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical service to the Technical Director. Providing full secretarial assistance to the Technical Director and supporting the management team, to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
Producing correspondence, minutes and reports and organising meetings both internally and externally.
Primarily supporting the Technical and Commercial Departments with filing, archiving, issuing documents to site
Producing drawing packs
Deal with external organisations such as the NHBC in regard to building control services and utility and communication companies in regard to plot assignments.
Well organised, self-motivated individual with good communication skills
Experience within a similar role is advantageous
