Construction Software provider based in Preston looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join their team.
Contacting Financial and Commercial Directors within companies to qualify sales leads.
Negotiable basic salary with uncapped OTE up to £50K.
The Client My client is the fastest growing provider of software that facilitates electronic document transactions within the construction and building materials industry.
This software provides an online portal for end-to-end management of applications of payment. This software enables Subcontractors to easily upload their applications into the portal where an automated work flow manages the processing, calculation, reconciliation, approval, payment and audit.
Targeting Directors of businesses within the construction sector, you'll work closely with the Field Sales and Marketing Teams to follow up campaigns and produce qualified sales leads within the Construction Industry.
A day in the life of a Telesales / Telemarketing Consultant involves:-
Communicating and building relationships with a range of senior decision-making contacts (typically Financial Directors, Commercial Directors and MDs).
Following up campaigns and enquiries generated by the marketing team.
Explaining the value of the software and explain the solutions clearly and concisely to both new business contacts and existing customers.
Emailing contacts with relevant information about the products and services.
Generate and nurture leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timescale) qualification.
Forecasting, updating and reporting from a CRM database.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have at least 12 months' previous experience in a B2B telesales or telemarketing role.
A target-driven who can demonstrate an ability to identify, qualify and close opportunities. A confident telephone manner when speaking with senior business people is essential, along with commercial awareness and being disciplined in both inbound and outbound call management.
Experience in an IT telesales / telemarketing for a software company, understanding of the construction industry and knowledge of financial or ERP systems would be advantageous.
This role offers a competitive basic salary with an uncapped commission scheme, a pension scheme, death in service, and 25 days holiday. Working hours of 9 till 5:30 (flexibility can be provided on this).
My client is also open to a Full Time or Part Time candidate.
Training and support will be provided to give you all you need to get to grips with our software products and services, this will enable you to be confident in recommending the right solutions to senior personnel.
