A reputable volume house builder seek a Temporary Home Sales Advisor for approximately 6-8 weeks dependent on performance, to work on a site in the Grimsby area. For this role you will need to be available to work Thurs-Mon for roughly the next 2 months.
The role will involve working on the new build development in the DN36 area, assisting customers from the Sales Centre in the process of buying their new home. The position will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Ensuring highest level of customer service is performed
Achieving sales of extras in line with agreed targets
Taking ownership of the developments in all aspects of internal and external presentation
Responsible for the customer journey from reservation through to legal completion
Promoting the use of specialist new build panel independent mortgage advisors and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers and achieving company timescales
Proactively manage all customer enquiries to ensure sales targets are met, through effective lead management.
Ensuring that all administrative work and reports are completed in line with company policy and agreed timelines
Conducting market research on a monthly basis for both new build and secondhand market.
Ensuring the health and safety of customers and colleagues are in accordance with company procedure
Compliant with company procedures
Maintaining professional high standards both personally and from a company perspective
Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with the site teams.
The position pays a competitive hourly rate, dependant on experience.
Qualifications & Experience
Some experience in Estate Agency or New Build Home Sales
Confident in dealing with customers and communicating effectively
Be able to work to your own initiative and pick new systems up quickly
