A Regional Social Housing Contractor are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator for a temporary period starting ASAP until December based in Leeds, LS9.
Working on a site-based cabin you will be working closely with the site team consisting of a Contracts Manager, Site Manager, Supervisor and Tenant Liaison Officer providing administrative support to the site team Your duties will include:
" Collate information from site and weekly the build programme " Receive, scan and issue gas certificates " Manage Health & Safety documents on site " Using Outlook to send emails " Coding documents with unique reference numbers " Answering calls and taking messages " Document controlling " Sending letter to tenants " Dealing with customer/tenant queries " Order and supply all necessary equipment for site set-up, including PPE, Health & Safety files & notices, stationery " Monitor timesheets for the Site Manager " General filling, faxing and other and administrative duties
Skills and Experience
" Competent user of Microsoft Office " Previous experience working in a site based environment " Excellent business administration skills " Ability to multitask and prioritse work " Ability to work to strict deadlines
The working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, 30 min lunch break, total 37.5 hours per week.
The rate of pay is negotiable dependent on level of experience.
