The Client My Client is a leading provider of regeneration services in the UK - covering everything from community regeneration and refurbishment to repairs; maintenance and housing development. Due to managing an increased amount of properties, they are looking to recruit a Tenant Liaison Officer covering Leicester.
The Role You will be responsible for liaising with Tenants, Supervisors/Site Managers and the Client regarding access and programme of works for kitchen and bathroom replacements in domestic properties.
Liaising closely with Tenants & Scheme Manager regarding access and programme of works
Assisting and liaising with Site Managers, Supervisors and the Client
Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations
Visiting tenants and advising them on completion dates, colour schemes etc.
Attending & chairing tenant forum meetings and open days to advise tenants of works being completed
Pre-entry visits to introduce the company & to advise tenants on works being completed
General administration including printing letters, updating files and trackers, arranging appointments etc.
Helping tenants to move furniture etc.
Qualifications & Experience
Must have a minimum of 1 year's previous experience of working as an RLO/TLO on social housing projects
Must have a CSCS card
Minimum 7 months fixed term contract with a possible extension for the right candidate
