An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officers for a 6 month temporary contract starting the 27th July 2020. You'll be working for a social housing contractor based in the Midlands, with the schedule of works to be carried out in East Yorkshire.
The Role - Tenant Liaison Officer
As a Tenant Liaison Officer you will develop positive relationships with residents in order to provide information and support during kitchen and bathroom upgrades.
Pre entry visits and company inductions
Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms
Visiting tenants in their homes and to advise them on when and what work is being carried out
Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that tenant may have
Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with them
Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out
Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues
Monitor customer satisfaction

The hourly rate for this role is £11 per hour
The Experience Required - Tenant Liaison Officer
To qualify for the role you will ideally have experience working with kitchen and bathroom upgrades/social housing upgrades.
A CSCS card would also be essential
Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
