Bromak are currently recruiting for a well-proven Tenant Liaison Officer on an external affordable housing framework for a key client and major contractor within the industry. The project includes namely kitchen and bathrooms, windows, doors and reroofing works and the selected candidate must be experienced in dealing with all kinds of tenants and working closely with the management teams to coordinate successful project progression. Tenant Liaison Officer - The Role:
Core duties include:
Working alongside the public in occupied residences to ensure all parties collaborate in completing listed works.
Coordinating sub-contractors and labour force activity in accordance with the scheme of works and tenants.
Ensuring safe and secure work process in line with current Government guidelines, wearing appropriate PPE.
Being the key figure on site as representative of the company to tenants and clients alike.
Skills and Experience:
In addition to having experience in this sector, understanding company ethics and procedures will be important. The successful candidate will be overseeing site progression through to final handover and safety of all parties involved is key under the current social climate. Suitable candidates will also have excellent communication skills at all levels, a good practical awareness and understanding of general construction in all aspects, be capable of managing various teams simultaneously and completing all associated paperwork as well as mediating any issues which may arise on site and delivering practical solutions.
