An opportunity has arisen for a Tenant Liaison Officer to start 03/07/2017 for an EWI project in Chichester. The project will be working an EWI scheme in the area - good IT Skills are essential due to the survey documentation involved. This will be a 10 week contract for the successful candidate.
The Role - Tenant Liaison Officer
As a Tenant Liaison Officer you will develop positive relationships with residents in order to work with residents on a local EWI Scheme.
Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms
Visiting tenants in their homes and completing sign ups
Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that the tenant may have
Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with them
Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out
Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues
Monitor customer satisfaction

To qualify for the role you MUST have experience working with EWI.
A CSCS card would also be essential
