My client are a privately owned housebuilder delivering new build properties for first time buyers through to family homes. Their North West region have an opening for a Trainee Sales Executive for the Stockport area.
Responsibilities for Trainee Sales Executive: " On-site training with Sales Executive " Office admin and assistance to Head of Sales. " Ensuring every Duchy Homes customer experiences first class customer service " Achieving agreed sales targets " Responsibility for the customer journey from reservation to legal completion " Taking ownership of the development in all aspects of internal and external presentation " Updating and maintaining the CRM database to ensure efficient and effective lead management " Ensuring all reports and administrative functions are completed in a timely manner " Building and maintaining relationships with key service providers, such as solicitors and IFA's " Compiling monthly market and competitor reports to support the sales strategy " Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with the site teams " Safeguarding customer health and safety " Upholding high professional standards at all times
Benefits of a Trainee Sales Executive
The company offer a competitive basic salary up to £19k, commission payments and company bonus (after qualifying period) and 25 days holiday. The working days are Thursday - Monday and you must be able to work at key selling times (Bank Holidays and weekends)
Qualifications & Experience for Trainee Sales Executive " Self-motivated and high-performing " Sales experience in a customer-facing role is desirable although not essential " Ability to drive and travel and with own vehicle is essential " Computer literacy in Word, Excel and Outlook " Weekend and public holiday work required
