Trainee Home Sales Executive
A busy North West house builder seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Trainee Home Sales Executive to work across new build housing developments.
My client are an award winning private house builder building beautiful new homes with character and quality in highly desirable locations in the North West. Their house types range from apartments, mews and townhouses as well as spacious detached homes. Over the years they have forged an enviable reputation for delivering excellent customer service and have received many prestigious accolades over the years.
Trainee Home Sales Executive
As a Trainee Home Sales Executive you will undergo a training programmes over 3-6 months (depending on experience) and will work alongside experienced Sales Executive and learn the full home buying process.
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be working across developments in the North West region, once fully trained you will be responsible for the day to day running of the sales office for the site you are allocated to and maintaining necessary records and documentation of all stages of the sales progress. Duties will include:
" Dealing with all prospective/existing customers in a professional and engaging manner to ensure the best customer experience " Achieving sales of properties and extras to suitable customers in line with agreed targets e.g. legal completions, average selling price " Providing expertise in the Company's house types, specifications, and the buying procedure " Using purchasing incentives effectively to ensure a good flow of sales whilst maximising profit " Promoting Company mortgage arrangements, including referral to Independent Mortgage Advice, managing transactions and ensuring timely completions " Maintaining the presentation of sales arena, stock plots and the sales office " Ensuring that all paperwork and site administration is up to date, and required reports completed. " Conducting local market research " Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety on site
Skills, Experience and Requirements
The successful candidate will have a natural ability to engage and influence people and are motivated by working to demanding goals and targets the company will train you to deliver customer service and selling skills required to excel in their environment.
Is it essential that you have previous experience working in a Sales Profession (Cabin Crew, Sales within Luxury Retail) working in a face to face customer environment. You must have a proven sales record and the ability to demonstrate good sales and negotiation, organisational and time management skills.
In addition, you will be required to have a full driving licence and you own car and be willing to work weekends and Bank Holidays.
What's on offer?
The company offer a basic salary of £17k-£18k (depending on experience), after your training period (3-6 months) you will be enrolled onto the company's commission schemes where you will be rewarded with commission per plot, along with an additional bonus scheme, mileage (20 per mile after 20 miles), Company Uniform, Pension Scheme and annual holiday (bank holidays are provided in lieu).
