An Award Winning 5* House Builder seek to recruit Trainee Home Sales Executive, as a result of on-going and new developments.
The role will involve working on New Build Housing sites across the Yorkshire region, and reporting directly to the Sales Manager. The ability to drive for this role is essential, as you will be covering multiple sites during your training period in order to gain experience (travel up to an hour). Current available sites are based in the Doncaster, Wakefield and Leeds area. Following training their will be a view to placing the successful candidate on their own development.
The working pattern for this role is Thursday-Monday.
Ensuring highest level of customer service is performed
Achieving sales of homes extras in line with agreed targets
Taking ownership of the developments in all aspects of internal and external presentation
Responsible for the customer journey from reservation through to legal completion
Promoting the use of specialist new build panel independent mortgage advisors and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers and achieving company timescales
Proactively manage all customer enquiries to ensure sales targets are met, through effective lead management.
Ensuring that all administrative work and reports are completed in line with company policy and agreed timelines
Conducting market research on a monthly basis for both new build and secondhand market.
Ensuring the health and safety of customers and colleagues are in accordance with company procedure
Compliant with company procedures
Maintaining professional high standards both personally and from a company perspective
Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with the site teams.
The company pay very competitively, with a basic salary of £18-20k dependent on experience, additional to this the company provide the ability to earn commission at a very competitive rate.
Once you have completed an initial training period you can expect to see your basic salary to rise to circa £22K, with commission designed to double your basic salary.
Qualifications & Experience
Driving licence required
Experience in a high-end sales environment, (examples being, high end car sales, high end department store sales, estate agency)
Proven track record of hitting and over achieving on targets
Experience working face to face with Customers and providing exemplary customer service.
