An award winning housebuilder seek to appoint a Trainee Sales Advisor to work across new build housing developments in the Cheshire region.
The company are a Five star house builder who pride themselves in delivering quality new homes to a wide range of home owners from first time buyers to luxury detached family homes. Their house types range from 1-2 bed apartments through to 3-5 bed homes.
Trainee Sales Advisor role
The company offer a 3- 6 month training scheme where you will undergo various training (site and office based) working closely with experienced Sales Advisor across sites within the region. Duties will include:
" Dealing with all prospective/existing customers in a professional and engaging manner to ensure the best customer experience. " Achieving sales of properties and extras to suitable customers in line with agreed targets e.g. legal completions, average selling price. " Providing expertise in the house types, specifications, and the buying procedure. " Using purchasing incentives effectively to ensure a good flow of sales whilst maximising profit. " Promoting Company mortgage arrangements, including referral to Independent Mortgage Advice, managing transactions and ensuring timely completions. " Maintaining the presentation of sales arena, stock plots and the sales office. " Ensuring that all paperwork and site administration is up to date, and required reports completed. " Conducting local market research. " Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety on site.
Skills and Experience required

If you have a natural ability to engage and influence people and are motivated by working to demanding goals and targets you will have the opportunity to enhance your customer service and selling skills and excel in a rewarding environment.
You will be provided with full induction and structured training programme covering a range of skills, supported by on-going advice and guidance from the Sales and Marketing teams. You will need your own car, and be willing to work at our busiest times - which means weekends and Bank Holidays, working hours will Thursday to Monday Inclusive 10am to 5.30pm.

The company offer competitive salary from £16-18k (dependant on experience), you will work in a team environment and will be rewarded with team bonuses. Once you have trained and start running your own developments your salary and commission scheme will increase.
