Salary: £14500 - £15500 per annum + excellent commission
An award-winning volume House Builder seek to recruit Trainee Home Sales Executives, as a result of on-going and new developments.
The role will involve working on New Build Housing sites across the South and West Yorkshire region, with developments spanning from Sheffield to Harrogate, and from the West Yorkshire Pennines across to the M1 corridor, with significant plans for expansion in the future. The role will involve reporting directly to the Sales Manager. The ability to drive for this role is essential, as you could be covering multiple sites during your training period in order to gain experience (travel up to an hour). Following training their will be a view to placing the successful candidates on their own development.
The successful candidates will work Thurs-Mon, 11:00-18:00.
Ensuring highest level of customer service is performed
Achieving sales of homes extras in line with agreed targets
Taking ownership of the developments in all aspects of internal and external presentation
Responsible for the customer journey from reservation through to legal completion
Promoting the use of specialist new build panel independent mortgage advisors and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers and achieving company timescales
Proactively manage all customer enquiries to ensure sales targets are met, through effective lead management.
Ensuring that all administrative work and reports are completed in line with company policy and agreed timelines
Conducting market research on a monthly basis for both new build and second-hand market.
Ensuring the health and safety of customers and colleagues are in accordance with company procedure
Compliant with company procedures
Maintaining professional high standards both personally and from a company perspective
Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with the site teams.
The position pays a basic salary of circa £14.5-15.5K dependent on age, with an excellent commission scheme which enables successful candidates to achieve an OTE of £25,000.
You will also be provided with a company uniform, and a pension and life assurance scheme is on offer. You will also be offered regular training workshops that cover product knowledge and techniques, along with ongoing guidance and support to ensure you are comfortable meeting your targets.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in a high customer service focused role, such as sales, hospitality, retail etc.
Happy to work in a fast-paced environment
An outgoing personality, and ability to easily speak to customers
Leadership and Teamwork abilities
Availability to work on a Thursday-Monday pattern
Full UK clean Driving licence and own vehicle is essential
Maths and English GCSE
