An exciting opportunity has arisen for a young and enthusiastic individual to join a national house builder as a Trainee Sales Advisor.
My client are a national house builder delivering new build properties to a wide range of customers varying from luxury family homes to townhouses, cottages and apartments located in new communities, urban, suburban or rural locations creating places of character and quality. Their homes are designed to work for the way people live today with materials and landscaping that reflect their commitment to quality, style and character.
Due to new sites coming up in the New Year they are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Trainee Sales Advisor.
Trainee Sales Advisor Role
The company offer a 6 month training scheme where you will undergo various training (site and office based) working closely with experienced Sales Advisor across sites within the region.
Trainee Sales Advisor key responsibilities:
" Meet prospective clients and maintain primary point of contact throughout customer journey " Manage expectation of client in terms of house type and additional options " Ensures reservations and legal completions are progressed according to programme " Adherence to Company standard procedures e.g. money laundering etc " Ensure robust recording of all enquiries and transactions " At all times working to highest level of customer satisfaction indices " Maintain knowledge of local market place and competitor activity " Responsible for presentation and security of sales area " Attend weekly Sales Build meetings and regional Head Office meetings and training where required
Skills & Experience required

What's on offer?
The successful Trainee Sales Advisor will be offered a basic salary of £17,000, there will be a commission scheme put in place on completion of your training. Your working days will be Thursday to Monday (every weekend) and your working hours will be 10am to 5.30pm. The company also have an extensive benefits scheme including pension, healthcare and continued training and development.
