Trainee Sales Executive
My client are a new homes developer who are looking to recruit young and ambitious Trainees to join their Sales team to work on new build housing developments across the North West area.
The company build a wide range of traditionally built properties ranging from contemporary apartments to townhouses and traditional family homes, for first time buyers searching for an affordable new home to growing families, offering exceptional quality, style and value. As a regional office they have sites across Merseyside, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cumbria.
As a Trainee Sales Executive you will work closely with their experienced Sales staff across their developments in the region and will undergo a training scheme which will allow you to understand the home buying process and gain a good understanding of the property market.
Typical duties will include:
" Dealing with sales enquiries and maximising the conversion rate of enquiries to reservation " Using 4 effective selling skills: Meet & Greet, Quality Demonstrate and Close " Be proactive in managing, identifying and achieving sales through the part exchange process " Achieve contracts and legal completion targets " Maintain an up to date understanding of the local market place, market conditions, demographics, competitors, etc " Promoting the use of company recommended solicitors and IFAs " Carry out home demonstrations " Working closely with the build team to keep customer updated with progress
As a Trainee Sales Executive you will play a key role within the company providing site presence and being the first point of contact for customers who are interested in purchasing a new build property. You will ideally come from a customer facing environment dealing with customer face to face. Key skills and abilities required:
" Ability to work under own initiative " Understanding of the home buying process " Excellent communicator " Well presented " Personable and approachable " Willing to work at key selling times including weekends and bank holidays " Previous sales and customer service experience " Drives and have your own transport
What's on offer?
My client offer a basic salary of £16k, after a 3 month period you will then qualify to start earning commission (half the normal rate) and full commission 6 months thereafter.
